Delivery
On any orders received before 2pm mon-fri* we make every effort to dispatch the same day with the UPS or Express Parcels tracked service which usually takes 2-3 working days.

Any orders received after 2pm will generally be dispatched the following working day.

Orders received after 2pm on Friday, and orders received on Saturday and Sunday will generally be dispatched on Monday. If you do not receive your order within 7 working days please contact us.
*does not include bank/public holidays.

Delivery will be charged at £4.95 or Free Delivery for orders over £150 to the UK & N.I (some exclusions may apply) regardless of how many items you order. If you need to make a return, you can do this by post. (The item must not be worn and must have all tags connected)

Delivery to some postcodes such as Channel Islands or BFPO & outlying areas may take an additional 24 hours. 
We may restrict other postcodes at our discretion.

Delivery to Europe

All deliveries to Europe will be sent by UPS or other 'International Signed For' Service.

Delivery will be charged at €7.95

 

 

 Returns

 If you are not completely satisfied with your goods aria clothing.com offer a 14 day return or exchange policy.

The parcel should contain:
•    the item(s) you purchased that you wish to return
•    your original delivery note with the returns section fully completed, clearly stating which item(s) you are returning.

We are unable to accept any responsibility for items which are lost or damaged in the post. You must ensure that your items are securely packaged, and obtain a proof of posting.

Please note that Return postage costs are at your expense unless the goods are found to be faulty.

Should the item be faulty, please return to the above address using Royal Mail Second Class Recorded Post, along with original invoice stating the fault.

 

Please send the item back in the condition in which they were purchased and with your delivery docket which will act as your receipt. Without the delivery docket you can still exchange for other goods to the value of the original purchase. Refunds will generally be given within 28 days of receiving returned goods. 

If returning an item without original delivery docket please enclose your name, address, phone number and reason for return.

Refunds
We are happy to exchange or refund goods within 14 days of delivery.
Goods must be returned with your receipt and be in the condition they were purchased.

Without a receipt we will exchange or refund in credit note at the last known selling price.

Our refunds policy is in addition to your statutory rights. There are exceptions to our Refunds Policy for certain items.
